The Committee on Appropriations (Stargel) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 15              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 398             Reverts the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 unexpended balance 
                         of funds provided to the Department of Education for 
Spec App:                the Preschool Emergency Alert Response Learning 
                         System (PEARLS) and appropriates the balance for 
                         Fiscal Year 2020-2021 to the department for the same 
                         purpose.

        In Section 15  On Page 398

In Section 15, on Page 398, INSERT the following:

Section 15. The unexpended balance of funds provided to the Department 
of Education for the Preschool Emergency Alert Response Learning System 
(PEARLS) in section 16 of chapter 2019-115, Laws of Florida, shall 
revert and is appropriated for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 to the department 
for the same purpose.
