The Committee on Appropriations (Gibson) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 067             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurrng general revenue 
                         funds for the Northeast Women Veterans Inc. (Senate 
Spec App:  275           Form 1214). Reduces funding by the same amount from 
                         the fixed capital outlay category within the Agency 
                         for Persons with Disabilities.
