The Committee on Appropriations (Bean) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 067             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Nurse-Family Partnership program 
Spec App:  275           (Senate Form 1354). Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from the fixed capital outlay category within 
                         the Agency for Persons with Disabilites.

Following Specific Appropriation 453, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 453, $250,000 in nonrecurring 
funds from the General Revenue Fund is provided for the implementation 
of the Nurse-Family Partnership model, a nurse visitation program for 
high-risk pregnant girls and women (Senate Form 1354).
