The Committee on Appropriations (Bean) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 067             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Foster Youth Resource Call Center 
Spec App:  275           (Senate Form 1807). Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from the fixed capital outlay category within 
                         the Agency for Persons with Disabilities.
