The Committee on Appropriations (Bean) recommended the following 
amendment:

On Page: 000             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the South Florida Suicide Prevention and 
Spec App:                Crisis Intervention Outreach Project (Senate Form 
                         2316) and reduces funding by the same amount from 
                         the fixed capital outlay category within the 
                         Department of Children and Families.
