The Committee on Appropriations (Thurston) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 080             Provides $500,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Broward Forensic Alternative Center 
Spec App:  376           (Senate Form 1174). Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from the department's Grants and Aids - 
                         Community Mental Health Services category.
