The Committee on Appropriations (Hutson) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 05              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 262             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring funds from the 
                         State Transportation Trust Fund for the Miami 
Spec App: 1958A          Biscayne Baywalk (Senate Form 1976). Reduces 
                         $250,000 in nonrecurring funds from the State 
                         Transportation Trust Fund from the The Underline 
                         Multi-Use/Mobility Corridor -  Miami Dade (Senate 
                         Form 1835).
