The Committee on Appropriations (Hutson) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 06              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 379             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring funds from the 
                         General Revenue Fund to the Bay Harbor Islands 
Spec App: 3180           Government Center/Police Department ADA Retrofit and 
                         Renovation (Senate Form 1842). Reduces $250,000 in 
                         nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund 
                         from the Department of State 2020-2021 Cultural and 
                         Museum Grants General Program Support ranked list.
