The Committee on Appropriations (Gainer) recommended the following 
amendment:

On Page: 228             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the St. Andrews Bay Sewer Line (Senate 
Spec App: 1635A          Form 2195). Reduces funding by the same amount from 
                         Contracted Services within the Department of 
                         Management Services.
