       Senator Gibson moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 218 - 227
    4  and insert:
    5         (12) Effective July 1, 2021 2020, the agency shall make
    6  payments to Medicaid-covered services:
    7         (a) For eligible children and pregnant women, retroactive
    8  for a period of no more than 90 days before the month in which
    9  an application for Medicaid is submitted.
   10         (b) For eligible nonpregnant adults, retroactive to the
   11  first day of the month in which an application for Medicaid is
   12  submitted.

   14  This subsection expires July 1, 2022 2021.
