    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 361 - 362
    4  and insert:
    5         (13) A person younger than 21 years of age may not purchase
    6  a firearm and a person may not transfer a firearm to another
    7  person younger than 21 years of age. The sale or transfer of a

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 45
   13  and insert:
   14         certain age from purchasing a firearm; prohibiting a
