| 11 | Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

| 13 | Pursuant to Section 9 of Article III of the State |
| 14 | Constitution, Specific Appropriation 185 of chapter 2010-152, |
| 15 | Laws of Florida, including the proviso to that appropriation, |
| 16 | enacted during the 2010 Regular Session of the Legislature, |
| 17 | shall take effect November 17, 2010, the veto of the Governor |
| 18 | notwithstanding. |
