1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to motor vehicle operation; amending
3	s. 316.217, F.S.; removing provisions relating to
4	vehicle display of lighted lamps and other lighted
5	devices during twilight hours; providing an effective
6	date.

8	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10	Section 1.  Paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section
11	316.217, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
12	316.217  When lighted lamps are required.-
13	(1)  Every vehicle operated upon a highway within this
14	state shall display lighted lamps and illuminating devices as
15	herein respectively required for different classes of vehicles,
16	subject to exceptions with respect to parked vehicles, under the
17	following conditions;
18	(a)  At any time from sunset to sunrise including the
19	twilight hours. Twilight hours shall mean the time between
20	sunset and full night or between full night and sunrise.
21	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
