1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to onsite sewage treatment and disposal
3	systems; amending s. 381.0065, F.S.; exempting certain
4	systems from permitting and maintenance requirements;
5	providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9	Section 1.  Subsection (7) of section 381.0065, Florida
10	Statutes, is renumbered as subsection (8), and a new subsection
11	(7) is added to that section, to read:
12	381.0065  Onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems;
13	regulation.-
14	(7)  EXEMPTED SYSTEMS.-Onsite sewage treatment and disposal
15	systems less than 4 years old are exempt from the permitting and
16	maintenance requirements of this section.
17	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
