HB 791

1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to public high school students;
3	prohibiting a public high school student from leaving
4	school grounds during his or her designated lunch period;
5	requiring that district school boards implement the
6	prohibition by a specified date; providing an effective
7	date.

9	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11	Section 1.  A public high school student may not leave
12	school grounds during his or her designated lunch period.
13	District school boards shall implement this section by July 1,
14	2015.
15	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
