| 2 | An act relating to Pasco County; authorizing a person |

| 4 | unincorporated area of Pasco County to connect water, |
| 5 | wastewater, and stormwater pipes, valves, and fixtures to |
| 6 | pipes installed and operated by the county under certain |
| 7 | circumstances; providing an effective date. |

| 9 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 10 | |
| 11 | Section 1. Any person developing residential or commercial |
| 12 | property within an unincorporated area of Pasco County for |
| 13 | resale, rental, or lease may connect pipes, shutoffs, valves, |
| 14 | fixtures, and apparatus of every kind and nature used in |
| 15 | connection with or forming a part of an installation for potable |
| 16 | water, wastewater, or stormwater, including service lines, to |
| 17 | pipes that are installed and operated by the county if the |
| 18 | proposed installation is located within 100 feet of the county's |
| 19 | pipes, as measured from the property to the nearest point of |
| 20 | connection to pipes of the county. |
| 21 | Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
