HB 4203

1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to Okaloosa County; repealing chapter 69-
3	798, Laws of Florida, relating to an exception for certain
4	restaurants in the county to the limitation under general
5	law on the number of alcoholic beverage licenses allowed
6	to be issued in the county, to provide for the issuance of
7	such licenses to restaurants in the county in excess of
8	such limitation in accordance with the criteria and
9	conditions specified in general law; providing an
10	effective date.

12	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
13
14	Section 1.  Chapter 69-798, Laws of Florida, is repealed.
15	Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
