HB 7041

1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to driver's licenses; repealing s.
3	322.181, F.S., relating to a study of the effects of aging
4	on driving ability; repealing s. 322.58, F.S., relating to
5	the effect of classified licensure on persons holding a
6	chauffeur's license; repealing provisions for licensure of
7	such persons under the appropriate license classification;
8	repealing s. 322.251(7)(c), F.S., relating to notice of
9	cancellation, suspension, revocation, or disqualification
10	of license; repealing a provision that directs the
11	Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and the
12	Department of Law Enforcement to implement a plan ensuring
13	the identification of driver license records of certain
14	persons subject to an outstanding warrant or capias for
15	passing worthless bank checks; providing an effective
16	date.

18	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

20	Section 1. Sections 322.181 and 322.58, Florida Statutes,
21	are repealed.
22	Section 2. Paragraph (c) of subsection (7) of section
23	322.251, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
24	Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
