1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to the Department of Health; repealing s.
3	381.00325, F.S., relating to the development of a
4	Hepatitis A awareness program; repealing s. 381.06015,
5	F.S., relating to the establishment of the Public Cord
6	Blood Tissue Bank; providing an effective date.

8	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
9
10	Section 1.  Section 381.00325, Florida Statutes, is
11	repealed.
12	Section 2.  Section 381.06015, Florida Statutes, is
13	repealed.
14	Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
