1	House Joint Resolution
2	A joint resolution establishing a new effective date for
3	Council Substitute for House Bill 7103, an act relating to
4	agriculture, which bill was passed by both houses of the
5	Legislature during the 2010 Regular Session of the
6	Legislature and thereafter vetoed by the Governor.

8	Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
9
10	Pursuant to Section 9 of Article III of the State
11	Constitution, Council Substitute for House Bill 7103, enacted
12	during the 2010 Regular Session of the Legislature, shall take
13	effect upon becoming a law, the veto of the Governor
14	notwithstanding.
