1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to public records and public meetings;
3	repealing s. 288.982, F.S., relating to an exemption from
4	public records requirements for certain records related to
5	the United States Department of Defense Base Realignment
6	and Closure 2005 process, exemptions from public meetings
7	requirements and public records requirements for the
8	Governor's Advisory Council on Base Realignment and
9	Closure and its committees and subcommittees, and
10	penalties for certain violations related to such public
11	records and public meetings; providing an effective date.

13	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
14
15	Section 1.  Section 288.982, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
16	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
