    2         An act relating to the Tohopekaliga Water Authority,
    3         Osceola County; amending chapter 2003-368, Laws of
    4         Florida; revising the terms of members of the
    5         authority; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Subsection (3) of section 6 of chapter 2003-368,
   10  Laws of Florida, is amended to read:
   11         Section 6. Governing Body.
   12         (3) Board members may not serve shall serve no more than
   13  three 3 consecutive 3-year terms, not including an any initial
   14  term as specified in this chapter of less than 3 years.
   15         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
