    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to preemption of the regulation of
    3         tobacco and nicotine products; repealing ss. 569.0025
    4         and 569.315, F.S., relating to preemption of the
    5         regulation of tobacco and nicotine products,
    6         respectively; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Section 569.0025, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   11         Section 2. Section 569.315, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   12         Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022.
