The Legislature finds that the release of such 392 identifying and location information places the person, or a 393 parent, sibling, or cohabitant of the person, in danger of being 394 physically and emotionally harmed or being stalked by a 395 defendant or other person. The Legislature finds that the harm 396 that may result from the release of such identifying and 397 location information outweighs any public benefit that may be 398 derived from the disclosure of the information. 399 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2015.
