    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing honorary designations of
    4         various transportation facilities in specified
    5         counties; directing the Department of Transportation
    6         to erect suitable markers; providing an effective
    7         date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Transportation facility designations; Department
   12  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   13         (1)That portion of N.E. 18th Street between N.E. 2nd
   14  Avenue and N. Bayshore Drive in Miami-Dade County is designated
   15  as “Jose Luis Ferreira de Melo Boulevard.”
   16         (2)That portion of N.W. 7th Avenue/U.S. 441 between N.W.
   17  12th Street and N.W. 58th Street in Miami-Dade County is
   18  designated as “Reverend James Jenkins Boulevard.”
   19         (3)That portion of N.W. 133rd Avenue between N.W. 11th
   20  Street and N.W. 12th Street in Broward County is designated as
   21  “Patricia Angella Barrett Lewis and Charlton Pernell Lewis
   22  Avenue.”
   23         (4) That portion of 5th Street between Euclid Avenue and
   24  Lenox Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated as “Joseph
   25  Emmanuel ‘Manno’ Charlemagne Street.”
   26         (5)The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   27  suitable markers designating the transportation facilities as
   28  described in this section.
   29         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2018.
