A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT

To repeal an Act entitled "An Act to increase the number of directors on the board of the Wayne County Industrial Development Authority," approved May 1, 2006 (Ga. L. 2006, p. 3995); to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:

SECTION 1.

An Act entitled "An Act to increase the number of directors on the board of the Wayne County Industrial Development Authority," approved May 1, 2006 (Ga. L. 2006, p. 3995), is repealed in its entirety.

SECTION 2.

All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
