WHEREAS, there is a continued need and concern for the exchange of information from the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities to the leadership and membership of the House of Representatives.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that there is created the House Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Oversight Committee to be composed of five members of the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
