AN ACT
AN ACT
To
amend an Act incorporating the City of Ringgold, approved March 15, 1943 (Ga. L.
1943, p. 1508), as amended, particularly by an Act approved March 14, 1984 (Ga.
L. 1984, p. 4171), so as to change the corporate limits of the city; to annex
additional territory; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes.

IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:
SECTION
1.
An
Act incorporating the City of Ringgold, approved March 15, 1943 (Ga. L. 1943, p.
1508), as amended, particularly by an Act approved March 14, 1984 (Ga. L. 1984,
p. 4171), is amended by adding a new Section 2F to read as follows:
"Section
2F. The corporate limits of the City of Ringgold, in addition to the territory
provided elsewhere in this Act or as provided pursuant to the authority of the
laws of this state, shall also include the following:
