A RESOLUTION


Congratulating Joni Elizabeth Bulloch and John Christopher Haid; and for other purposes.

WHEREAS, Joni Elizabeth Bulloch and John Christopher Haid will be united in marriage on March 28, 2009, at Gin Creek in Hartsfield, Georgia; and

WHEREAS, Joni Elizabeth Bulloch is the beloved daughter of Miriam Bulloch and the distinguished gentleman from the 11th District, Honorable John Douglas Bulloch, Jr.; and

WHEREAS, John Christopher Haid is the son of the proud John Paul Haid and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Eugene Butler; and

WHEREAS, Joni Elizabeth Bulloch is a graduate of Thomas County Central High School, earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia, and currently serves as the director of marketing for Peoples First Insurance Inc.; and

WHEREAS, John Christopher Haid graduated from Mosley High School in Panama City, Florida, and is the owner of Haid Electric LLC; and

WHEREAS, their enduring love and affection for one another and the unyielding strength of their relationship with each other have been an unparalleled inspiration to the members of their family and their friends; and

WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that their loving devotion and the lifelong commitment these special people will undertake be appropriately recognized.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body extend their warmest and most heartfelt congratulations to Joni Elizabeth Bulloch and John Christopher Haid on the joyous occasion of their upcoming wedding, commend them for their deep level of unselfish devotion to one another, and extend to them best wishes for a lifetime of continued health and happiness.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of this resolution to Joni Elizabeth Bulloch and John Christopher Haid.
