BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

SECTION 2. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $190,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2013-2014 and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2014-2015 to fund five part-time graduate student assistant and student employee (2.5 FTE) positions to conduct and disseminate research relating to Asian American and Pacific Islander students in higher education, and to provide direct services to undergraduate and graduate students interested in diversity careers relating to student affairs and higher education.
