A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO FOSTER CARE SERVICES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The department of human services shall amend its rules under section 17-1617-13, Hawaii Administrative Rules, to increase from no less than $529 per month to no less than $ per month the monthly foster care maintenance payment to licensed foster family boarding homes, child-care institutions, and facilities that provide contracted emergency shelter or group home services for the department of human services, office of youth services, or family court.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2050.
