A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE EIGHTEENTH REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to finance the projects listed in this Act, are hereby appropriated out the general revenues of the State of Hawaii for fiscal year 2013-2014:
1. To be expended by the department of transportation:
A. Kalanianaole highway drainage improvements in the vicinity of Wailupe, Oahu
Design and construction of storm drain improvements to alleviate residential property flooding in Wailupe.

2. To be expended by the department of education:
A. Aina Haina elementary school, Oahu
Design and construction of ADA-compliant restrooms for public meeting attendees.

Design and construction of a security fence and the pavement of an area behind the school.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2013.
