A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO SHORELINE VEGETATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 160, Session Laws of Hawaii 2010, is amended by amending section 7 to read as follows:
"SECTION 7. This Act shall take effect
upon its approval[; provided that on June 30, 2013, this Act shall be
repealed and sections 115-5, 115-9, and 205A-2(c), Hawaii Revised Statutes,
shall be reenacted in the form in which they read one day prior to the
effective date of this Act]."
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on June 29, 2013.
