A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 106, Session Laws of Hawaii 2008, as amended by section 13 of Act 11, Session Laws of Hawaii 2009, is amended by amending section 3 to read as follows:
"SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on
July 1, 2008[, and shall be repealed on June 30, 2011; provided that section
304A-2251, Hawaii Revised Statutes, shall be reenacted in the form in which it
read on the day before the effective date of this Act]."
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2010.
