A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the special land and development fund the sum of $ or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2019-2020 and the same sum or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2020-2021 for proposed priority projects, including the planning for the department of land and natural resources' industrial and business park at Pulehunui, Maui; an environmental impact statement for the East Kapolei/University of Hawaii, west Oahu campus transit station development; and the Hawaii district land office design and construction.
The sums appropriated shall be expended by the department of land and natural resources for the purposes of this Act.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2049.
