held
on

15,
2020,
at

10:00
a.m.;
and

BE
IT
FURTHER
RESOLVED,
That
Acting
Chief
Justice

David
Wiggins
be
invited
to
present
his
message
of
the

condition
of
the
judicial
branch
at
this
convention,

and
recommend
such
matters
as
the
Acting
Chief
Justice

deems
appropriate,
pursuant
to
section
602.1207
of
the

Code
of
Iowa.
