REPORT.
The
department
of

human
services
shall
conduct
an
analysis
of
the
rates
for

prevocational
services
provided
under
Medicaid
home
and

community-based
services
waivers
to
determine
the
actual
5
average
cost
of
such
services.
The
department
shall
report
6
the
results
of
the
rate
analysis,
including
the
methodology
7
used
and
the
actual
average
cost
of
the
services
as
determined
8
by
the
analysis,
to
the
governor
and
the
general
assembly
by
9
October
1,
2019.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute

This
bill
directs
the
department
of
human
services
(DHS)
to

conduct
an
analysis
of
the
rates
for
prevocational
services

under
Medicaid
home
and
community-based
services
waivers
to

actual
average
cost
of
such
services.
The

bill
directs
DHS
to
report
the
results
of
the
rate
analysis,

including
the
methodology
used
and
the
actual
average
cost
19
of
the
services
determined,
to
the
governor
and
the
general
20
assembly
by
October
1,
2019.
