Public
comment

meetings.

The
board
of
directors
of
each
school
district
shall
provide

at
least
thirty
minutes
during
each
regular
meeting
and
special
4
meeting
to
receive
public
comment.
The
board
of
directors
5
of
a
school
district
shall
allow
each
interested
member
of
6
the
public
to
speak
during
the
public
comment
period,
but
may
7
impose
a
time
limit
on
the
amount
of
time
a
member
of
the
public
8
is
allowed
to
speak
if
the
time
limit
is
the
same
for
each
9
speaker
and
necessary
due
to
the
amount
of
people
wishing
to
10
speak.

bill
requires
regular
meetings
and
special
meetings
of

districts

include

bill

that
