ASSEMBLY

STATE

IOWA:
Section
1.
Section
723.4,
subsection
2,
Code
2021,
is
amended
to
read
as
follows:

Makes
loud
and
raucous
noise
in
the
vicinity
of
any
residence
or
public
building
which
intentionally
or
recklessly
causes
unreasonable
distress
to
the
occupants
thereof.
