ENACTED
BY
THE
GENERAL
ASSEMBLY
OF
THE
STATE
OF
IOWA:
Section
1.
Section
707.8,
subsection
3,
Code
2022,
is
amended
to
read
as
follows:
3.
a.
A
person
who
intentionally
terminates
a
human
pregnancy
without
the
knowledge
and
voluntary
consent
of
the
pregnant
person
is
guilty
of
a
class

felony.
