House File 2372 - Enrolled House File 2372 AN ACT RELATING TO THE NONCONSENSUAL TERMINATION OF A HUMAN PREGNANCY, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA: Section 1. Section 707.8, subsection 3, Code 2022, is amended to read as follows: 3. a. A person who intentionally terminates a human pregnancy without the knowledge and voluntary consent of the pregnant person is guilty of a class ā€œCā€ felony.
