ACT
RELATING
TO
THE
USE
OF
CERTAIN
REFRIGERANTS.
BE
IT
ENACTED
BY
THE
GENERAL
ASSEMBLY
OF
THE
STATE
OF
IOWA:
Section
1.
NEW
SECTION
.
103A.24
Refrigerants.
Notwithstanding
any
provision
of
law
to
the
contrary,
a
building
regulation
shall
not
prohibit
or
otherwise
limit
the
use
of
a
refrigerant
designated
as
acceptable
for
use
pursuant
to
and
in
accordance
with
42
U.S.C.
ยง7671k,
provided
that
any
equipment
containing
the
refrigerant
is
listed
and
installed
in
accordance
with
safety
standards
and
use
conditions
imposed
pursuant
to
such
designation.
