EFFECTIVE
DATE
AND
APPLICABILITY.
This
Act
takes

effect
January
1,
2012,
and
applies
to
tax
years
beginning
on
30
or
after
that
date.

EXPLANATION

This
bill
reduces
by
approximately
20
percent
the
tax
rate
33
for
each
of
the
nine
tax
brackets
of
the
individual
income
tax.

individual
income
tax
rates
range
from
a
low
