inclusion
of
this
explanation
does

constitute
agreement

bill
makes
the
day
of
the
general
election,

Monday
in
November
of
each

even-numbered
year,
a
legal
public
holiday.
The
bill
also

makes

day
a
paid
holiday
for
state
employees.
