“Services”
means
an
ongoing
relationship
between
a

the
actor
in
which
the
person
performs

activities
under
the
supervision
of
or
for
the
benefit
of
the

actor,
including
commercial
sexual
activity
and
sexually

explicit
performances.

this

This
bill
relates
to
human
trafficking
and
the
definition
of

services.

The
bill
provides
that
“services”
means
performing

the
supervision
of
or
for
the
benefit
of

actor,
including
commercial
sexual
activity
and
sexually

explicit
performances.
Currently,
the
definition
of
“services”

requires
an
ongoing
relationship
between
the
person
and
the
