A Joint Resolution nullifying an administrative rule of the
Iowa finance authority relating to the Iowa jobs program,
and including an effective date provision.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF IOWA:

Section 1. 265 Iowa administrative code, rule 32.6, subrule
3, is nullified.
Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE UPON ENACTMENT. This joint resolution,
being deemed of immediate importance, takes effect upon
enactment.
EXPLANATION
This joint resolution nullifies 265 IAC, rule 32.6(3)
requiring signage at each Iowa jobs program project site
stating that the project was made possible, in part, through
a grant from the Iowa jobs program, and featuring a permanent
acknowledgment, such as a plaque or a similar commemoration on
the completed project.
The joint resolution takes effect upon enactment.
