nullifies
administrative
rules
of

commission

The
administrative
rules

establish
additional
procedures
and
requirements
for
wagering

and
entry
restrictions,
account
registration,
advance
deposit

wagering,
system
testing,
and
service
provider
operating

requirements.

The
joint
resolution
takes
effect
upon
enactment.
