person
shall
not
be
enrolled
in

grade

twelfth
grade
in
Iowa
without

evidence
of
adequate
immunization
against
meningococcal
disease

in
accordance
with
standards
approved
by
the
United
States

public
health
service
of
the
United
States
department
of
7
health
and
human
services
for
such
biological
products
and
is
8
in
accordance
with
immunization
practices
recommended
by
the
9
advisory
committee
on
immunization
practices
of
the
centers
for
10
disease
control
and
prevention.

inclusion

this
explanation
does
not
constitute

with

the
members

the

This
bill
prohibits
a
person
from
being
enrolled
in
school

in
the

in

without

with

the

for

products
and
which
