amendment
to

Iowa
administrative
code,
rule

44.3,
subrule
58,
paragraph
“b”,
as
appearing
in
ARC
4637C,
as
3
published
in
the
Iowa
administrative
bulletin,
volume
XLII,
4
number
5,
dated
August
28,
2019,
p.
572,
is
rescinded.

2.
As
soon
as
practicable,
the
Iowa
administrative
code

editor
shall
restore
the
language
of
the
Iowa
administrative
7
code
rule
referenced
in
subsection
1
to
the
language
that
8
existed
on
August
27,
2019.

does

This
bill
rescinds
an
amendment
to
an
administrative

rule
adopted
by
the
department
of
education
that
requires

three-point
lap-shoulder
belts
to
be
installed
in
all
new

school
buses.
Currently,
the
administrative
rule
referenced
16
by
the
bill
exists
in
subrule
57
rather
than
subrule
58
due
to
17
renumbering
appearing
in
ARC
4637C.
