be

implemented

commission,

or

entity

the
state.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

This
bill
provides
that
actions
of
the
world
health

organization,
united
nations,
or
world
economic
forum
are
not

binding
on
Iowa
and
prohibits
state
