  1  1    Section 1.  MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY=BASED SERVICES
  1  2 WAIVER FOR THE ELDERLY == REIMBURSEMENT INCREASES.  For the
  1  3 fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016,
  1  4 reimbursement for providers of services and the individual
  1  5 monthly maximum cap under the Medicaid home and community=based
  1  6 services waiver for the elderly shall be increased by 3 percent
  1  7 over the amounts in effect on June 30, 2015.
  1  8                           EXPLANATION
  1  9 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with
  1 10 the explanation's substance by the members of the general assembly.
  1 11    This bill provides that for FY 2015=2016, reimbursement for
  1 12 providers of services and the individual monthly maximum cap
  1 13 under the Medicaid home and community=based services waiver for
  1 14 the elderly shall be increased by 3 percent over the amounts in
  1 15 effect on June 30, 2015.
